Shipping and Delivery

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

After your order is processed, we will arrange shipment and you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Standard Delivery Time

West Malaysia within  3 to 7 working days.
East Malaysia within 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery delay due to natural disaster / world pandemic

If natural disasters and/or weather events, such as earthquakes or extreme precipitation, world pandemic, movement control, have recently impeded transportation access, there might be delays in carriers’ pick-up and delivery. For overseas, it might be delayed due to the customs, taxation issue or contacts issue. They can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Overseas Customers

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from XendHealth, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, the entire customs clearance process, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; XendHealth has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

Shipping

1. How do you determine the shipping fee?

A: Shipping fee is determined by the total weight of the order. Buyer can estimate the shipping fee during the checkout page. Shipping fee may vary based on location such as Sabah and Sarawak.

 

2. How do I track my order shipment?

A: Go to the email confirmation you received, when you click the link, you may see the Order Tracking Number.

 

3. Do XendHealth Online Store provide express delivery if I want my products urgently?

A: Kindly look for our customer service Whatsapp number at +60 19 200 6600 or contact our support team Info@XendHealth.my to make a special arrangement.

 

4. Can I receive my products on a selected date?

A: Unfortunately, we can't make it at this moment. You may check with the customer service team before purchasing the product.

 

5. How long does the shipment take?

A: Usually the courier will take 3-5 working days to deliver after shipment starts. However, if there are weekends and public holidays, it might take a longer time to ship your order.

 

6. Can I pick up the products by myself?

A: We are sorry, self pick up is not available for online purchase. You may visit any of XendHealth physical stores to purchase on the spot.

 

7. I'm not a local buyer who lives outside Malaysia, do you provide overseas shipment?

A: Yes, we do provide international shipment and we are glad to service customers from overseas too! 8. How long does international shipping take?

A: International shipping usually takes a longer time to deliver the products due to distance and custom clearance. It probably will take up to 7-14 working days.

 

9. How if I want to cancel my order, and the order already shipped out or reach my country custom or my delivery address?

A: Yes you can cancel the order and receive the refund after deducting the 2-way delivery charges. (Delivery and pickup for return) If the product charge is lesser than the 2-way delivery charges, you are required to pay the balance.

 

10. Where does your shipping area cover?

A: We aim to deliver to as many places as possible as we believe everyone deserves to obtain a healthy lifestyle. However, due to some restrictions and limitations, we are sorry to share that we are not able to send to the following address that contains: -Free Trade Zones - P.O. Box address. Note: For delivery to army base camps and university or college campus addresses. your order(s) can only be delivered to the administration office or the mailing room.
